Story Play offers wellbeing workshops for schools using a form of movement meditation. Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) is a specially developed sequence that is simple, enjoyable and easy to learn. TMW promotes physical, mental and emotional health by distilling the qualities of Tai Chi and Chi Kung in an accessible way. This practice can help to reduce stress, develop mindfulness and promote creativity.
